The software is mouse-aware and interfaces with most of LGC's other software packages. Auditing features by computer operator are available. General Ledger's Budget Handler provides the ability to do budget projections, roll your previous year's budget forward, and "freeze" the current budget picture.

General Ledger reports are extensive and thorough. Users can reprint any report for any time frame in the fiscal year and the previous fiscal year, and all General Ledger reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel. Reports can be printed on laser or dot-matrix printer. Among the available reports:
