(LGC) stays updated on United States Postal Service requirements,
so customer bills are compliant with the most recent postal
regulations. LGC's Utility Billing software also interfaces
with most popular handheld meter reading devices.
Several modules are available
to compliment the Utility Billing System. The software can
create, track, and receipt service orders; LGC will even
customize the service orders to suit the needs of your individual
office. The software can also employ a Point-of-Sale module,
which interfaces with a cash drawer and receipt printer.
Utility bills can be CASS-certified and printed with postal
bar-codes to assure less expensive and more accurate delivery.
LGC's Utility Billing software can even be set up to recognize
certain months of the year when customer water usage is
higher and eliminate the need to issue sewer credits for
water usage that does not flow through the sewer system.
